Mod Info not shown in the game

I created a tuning mod which works fine except for one thing:
There is no mod info shown in the game. I can select and play the mod but there is just a blank space in the mod list. Does someone know who to fix this or what I did wrong?
I made some screenshots to show whats the problem.



The game is in german but I´m sure you get it. Otherwise feel free to ask.

Under locale, make sure you have a german folder. Then, add a Burn File and select a copy of the .ucs file from the english folder.

Try that, at least.

That didn´t worked.
I also tried to set the games language to english but there is still no Mod Info visible.
Then I created a new Mod to test if a other mod would work. That also didn´t helped.
But I noticed that the newly created .ucs is empty. Not a single character at all.
Is that how it´s supposed to be?

Strange.

Yes, that is how it is supposed to be. Locale is not used in Steam Workshop, just thought it would be worth trying.

I am not sure why it is not showing up. What does it show in the modding hub? Have you tried publishing it to Steam Workshop?
