Units not giving coms off screen

I for one think this is a serious issue. In the past, units if they engaged the enemy when they were off your screen you would hear some communication from them of course telling you that now they are now fighting the enemy. As of late they no longer do this and it is incredibly frustrating. Please fix this bug.

Have the same issue, but already longer, it didn't start with this patch.
