after 23rd patch
1. Soviets need tech T1 or T2 - T3 -T4
2. super heavy tank needs T4
3. T3 units are t70 su76 HT - T4 units are t34-85 su85 katu
4. replace guard motor`s t34-85s with IS-2
5. replace advanced warfare and armored assault`s t34-85 with t34-76
6. t34-76 costs 80-90 fuel and need 7-8 cp
t34-76`s call in value
in mid game t34-76 can be good like stug-e or m10
in late game t34-85 can be feel like too expensive to ram
but you can build instant ramming tank
if you think t34-85s still too strong then make it 640hp
some other things
yagdpanzer and p2`s cautious movement speed needs to be like zis` ambush movement speed
zis` rifles should not shoot when it`s ambushed
if one strafe plane is crushed, charging time needs to be double or 4/3
conscript`s body(not even moving) should not have vision
IR HT costs at least 5 fuel
ptrs`s ai dps down

actually no one go advanced warfare tho
in mid game t34-76 can be good like stug-e or m10

Remember that Relic said there was more to come from their Soviet restructuring so we can only expect that they will adjust tech and the the T-34/76 and 85's.

the only problem with adjusting soviet`s tech is T4 t34-76
i think that doesn`t make sense, similar timing with panther

No one ever builds a t34 just for ramming, and one only rams when they know itll kill something that costs more than a t34.
So, once in a blue moon. The t34 cant be renowned for its ability to be a very ineffective suicide tank.

85's should be non doctrinal. Then they can be ballanced at last. Alpha option is half way as it won't solve problem of soviets having 80% of doctrines never used. But maybe its good enough and they will do something about doctrines in the future as ostheer suffers the same disease.

No, with t34 u are forcing him to tech to t34 with stug e, but imagine call in t34 76!!!! the game would be lol ridiculous bro! just think!!!
also pw is indeed useless, that doesn't mean the should change the game the way katusha turns into a useless thing as well, but also pw needs adjustment for what it is now, it's just underperfoming more than any other unit in the game along with the Lefh arty and everyone knows that
