All the expensive vehicles that are often only used against infantry need a long time to get veterancy, because you barely get any for killing infantry. Some units that can also do damage against vehicles, even if not optimally, will level much faster if you specifically target them at vehicles, like for example the Sturmtiger or the Wurfrahmen.
I suggested in the past to give expensive units designed to primarily fight (cheap) infantry more experience against those unit types. Could also just reduce xp requirement, but then you could maybe level too fast if used against vehicles.
Units which fail to gain veterancy for being too UP.

Stuka is only a little slow to vet IMO. You can only give it so many bonuses before it's beyond ridiculous.
I have noticed the KV8, even with two 10% faster veterancy bulletins, takes eons to vet up like a Sturm Tiger.
