Could someone provide an explanation on how this ability works. Even after reading the description, watching a few videos, and using it myself, all I know is that some bombs get dropped on some places and kill some things.

So, are there specific instances in which or ways to use it to optimize its effect? Or is there not much rhyme or reason, because bombs?



Or should this commander be avoided?
