first, i don't have to play 1v1 to have a decent understanding of the balance.

second, i play mostly USF recently however i have more games as OKH then the rest combined.

70 mun for + 80 HP and +%Armor for resist small arms fire

ps. m20 vet 3 bouns +%pen is useless
