OK so a Stug G has 130/120/110 for short, medium and long penetration values.
A 34/76 has 150 front armour.
So my question is, whats the formula that determines pen? Or whats the size of the RNG added? And how much can that very on different weapons?
How is penetration calculated?

Armor / Penetration x 100
So:
130 / 150 = 0,86
0,86 x 100 = 86% chance to penetrate.
So:
130 / 150 = 0,86

Ah thanks. So if a hypothetical pen % came out at 86%, having a 4% penetration bulletin would take it to 90%.
So those bulletins can be quite useful.
