Anti Tank Partisans always spawned with Panzerschrecks (does anyone know if it's gimped like their LMGs?) instead of the PTRS?

3 PTRS have bigger paper dps, but they need to be shooting at paper thin armor.
Otherwise shreck always outperforms them.

I like how AT partisans work actually, its the AI variant that blows.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Well I'm not sure if DPS matters as much as alpha damage with the way armor combat works especially for Axis who also get smoke and blitz.

Lenny himself said that the 3 PTRS Partisans were borderline worthless, while the Shreck Partisans were godly in comparison.

Basically, that call-in has a 50/50 chance of being worth it, if you get PTRS Partisans you might as well just walk them into the enemy to die to free up popcap. ~~or just de-cap and lay mines with them~~

Hey man, I'm just reiterating the teachings of NKVD/Partisan Grand Master Lenny.

Only reason I agree with him on that issue though is cause shreck can more or less insta-fire, and it can actually penetrate heavier tanks, which is an incredibly valuable thing to have late game when you have no heavy call-ins.
