Hello, I want to give Soviets a power that spawns T-34/76s, a pair of them, at 800 MP cost, once 4 upgrades are researched. The power would be available at the HQ after these upgrades, and the Soviet player would get an on-HUD icon that would allow them to spawn the units anywhere (they would spawn at the base but go to the designated location) just like a regular call-in.
How would I go about doing this? Thanks!
