easy... ToW southern front... (I don't remember the name of the mission where you can farm that)
Once a tiger reaches 5% of his healthbar, save the game, finish the tiger with several M42, reload your save game...

Use attribute editor, change its damage to 800, penetration to 400 and reload to 1 sec.
