What do you exactly mean? Where do you find it, meaning: in which folder? Or how do I create my own TacMap for my own Custom map?

yeah i mean the folder or a internet site, i want the original maps.

To download new maps to CoH2 use your steam-client and browse the steam workshop for Company of Heroes 2.
To view the vanilla maps of CoH2, which are already ingame, you have to use the Map Extractor which you find here.
