The early game is the most important, obers come only after 10 min maybe ?

10 min are an amazing time for get a huge control map as usf and soviet.



well The FlakHT can be pulled out in 5-6 mins even if you have lost 80% of map control. You get that back in 30 seconds.. if played cautiously that thing punishes LT/penal openings pretty hard dont you think ?

Quentin, you didn't even mentioned sturmpios and kubelwagen. These are two units that everyone struggling against in early game (with support of volks, ofc).

This is still from a 1vs1 perspective. The most annoying thing about OKW is that they dont need vehicles or tanks to survive the mid game until they get a KT or Jagdtiger. This may not be the case in 1vs1 but in teamgames (3vs3 experience) a volks blob, with obers, sturmpios and panzerfusiliers can help OKW reach the moment when KT spam begins (and this is a noob tactic used by new players, but beacause its potent enough many good players use it also). After yesterdays game 3 USF vs 3 OKW my USF game will be more chesse and unfair, beacause OKW games are mostly unfair and focused around KT spam.

It's actually kind of funny, because OKW is not nearly as OP as every one makes it out to be, but it sure as fuck isn't the weakest faction. That award goes to Ostheer.

OKW is good in team games because they last long enough to get the late game abilities and high vet where they really shine; there are more resources anyway; you can generally rely on having an Ostheer player to get caches up so they offset their fuel starvation and there is more juicy salvage.


I won't talk on 1v1 because that's not my thing, but I've seen the tournament stats like everyone else

This. Pare up Sturmpios with Volks and you eat every Cons and Rifles for lunch. Supported by MG34 and/or Kübel you shouldn't have any problems early.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

The skill of player, mouvement, micro, tactic choice, etc is 95 % more important that a simple stug e at 6 cp. Before 6 cp you have all the time to show "who is the boss" too.

The flakHT is a gift to you, you can easily keep 80 % of the Map if he dis this. You just need to wait Sherman for broke his Line. OFC vs soviet T-1, it's good, that' why you need 6 cons and not T-1.

Kubel is not a BIG problem, make 2 RE and spam cons, AND kick langres, Minsk and cross Wood. But you know, after it's dépend of the LEVEL of the players ... That's why some people don't understand me because their idea of mouvement in game don't work.

Statistic ... I win 95 % of my victory as usf vs okw after 10 min ( vs top 10 too ). maybe 50 % of my victory as okw vs usf need 30 min or a bit more.

I think Ost is weakest and the other three are pretty balanced apart from a few OP units.
