For COH1, pretty much every Frontline Fatalities Season 2 shoutcast is really, really good:

Permanently BannedPay attention regularly to the "Replay Highlight" section on the right panel of the homepage, close to the bottom. There is usually a good game there which you can watch in replay mode in-game.
Also, go to the "Live Games" option on the CoH2 main menu and look at the top-watched 1v1 automatch games, those usually turn out well.

Tales of Heroes is what really got me into CoH. They haven't casted for a long time but search for it on youtube and you will find loads of excellent casts from the good 'ol days.
Edit: For some specific games, here are two casted by Romeo featuring Lenny12346. Lenny is such a fun player to watch. VERY innovative and different meta and he actually make it (sort of) work.

It's a little slow in the beginning but the ending was crazy. Really worth the watch.
