The PTRS's are fine as they are. Whenever i'm up against Guard Infantry, I always have to be careful with my vehicles or the Guards will completely destroy them. Good range, good damage and fairly cheap; if anything, the PTRS should nerfed since it's ridiculously good for the price. Even in the hands of Conscripts, the PTRS's are extremely potent.

I wonder : What is the best squad wiping unit for its costs (mp,fuel, muni.) ?

ISU ? JT ? Stuka ? Panzer iv ? Tigers/KT ? T-34 ? Zis ? Sherman Bulldozer ? Reg Sherman ? Eng with demo charge ? Penal with snatchel ? Flak halftrack (Us/Sov/OKW) ? Pz II ? or another unit not listed here ?

If someone can give us numbers that would be great !

Cost wise, a 90 munition demo wiping a squad or two is the best choice. Otherwise, sherman HE shells are quite cost effective when you consider the cost of the unit, as are scotts (Though RNG heavy they tend to be). Pure squad wiping capability would be a fight between the ISU and KT (KT for the rate of fire), even the Tiger Ace is quite ridiculous sometimes.
