As for my queries, 1st off, is the OKW truck block on the bridge considered a bug/bad sportsmanship or just someone really playing to win? (putting it politely). Personally I would not consider it a bug, just a shitty thing to do on principle, but it is currently in the game and something we have to live with till relic fix their pudding

Does it really work though? Are we talking South Semois? Cons with AT, or the M3 make short work of it - and the US never seem to be particularly hindered?
If you use the first truck instead to destroy a building, you're half torn between manoeuvring it to the corners of the building, whilst trying to keep your Kubel alive and running in the Volks to cover - ....I don't see bridge-blocking on Observer mode very much - it often fails when it is used, putting OKW on the backfoot

Can't say i've used it myself
But if an OKW player goes Kubel 1st and sends it and the truck immediately to the bridge, you typically arrive at the same time as the 1st rifle/con squad is arriving/capping the 1st point across the bridge. I'll do that cheesy strat myself as OKW, but won't use the truck to block the bridge (a bridge too far in abuse for me
)If the allied player sends their engineer and 1st squad they stand a chance, if not, very tricky and easy enough i'd guess to use the truck to block the bridge in short order before a 2nd con/rifle squad can arrive.
It's early enough in the game that an M3 or AT nades would be pretty rare.
Ofc, an USF player can place a tank trap on the bridge to block it, albeit that requires them to cap their fuel later then usual just because the threat of a truck rush to the bridge..
Soviets, gl hf, kill it before it gets in position or your fecked.

I am not in the tournament but why bulletins are banned? I mean i think they belong to the game. If you fear stacking grenade/molotov range bulletin you can always ban bulletin stacking.

Bulletins are banned because we put great emphasis on creating a level playing field. Many players do not have many bulletins. If you simply own COH2 and/or WFA, you should have the exact same chance to win as the guy that spent 100 hours farming warspoils bulletins.

so was there a formula used or was it arbitrary? How do u sort players who are high on the rankings but have never played tournaments and players who are very good at tournaments but inactive on the leaderboard?

Our Ref team made those decisions internally and posted our top 25 seeds. The rest will be seeded by Weighted Ladder Average.

Just FYI guys, OKW truck pushing IS allowed but OKW truck blocking (the one you can do on Semoskyi left bridge) is forbidden.
