If you strictly play mp or dont care about movies you can use the steammover program and move the movies folder to your hdd. saves 5 gb

Wut? It requires 16.0 GB on my machine.
EDIT: While installing it probably said it needs 36.0 GB, but the actual size it occupies is 16.0 GB. At least on my machine.

I find that loading COH2 beta in HDD isn't really much slower than loading COH2 in SSD.
Maybe I should move it back to HDD.

it's says it's 36 when installing, may have to do with the pak files or something. doesn't really matter though, a 7200rpm drive is plenty. first load is a bit slow but it's as fast or faster than everyone else after that.

Yeah the initial 36 gigs is what gets me. My SSD drive would constantly fill up too 100% capacity and the patch would fail because CoH2 needed to download 10+ gigs of patch every update.
Once installed and patched it fits on the SSD, but every update breaks the game and fills up the SSD. My attempt to reinstall from scratch (to circumvent the patching) failed as installation requires at least 36 gigs to be available.
Frustrating, but at least I can move some other games to my SSD now.
