Hey rogers, whats the best apps for shoutcasting? Recording? Video? Etc? Dave and I want to produce some content and Ive been out of the PC loop for so long (mac user) that Im not sure where to begin. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hey DGN, good to see you around. I personally have use the following for years. First off FRAPS to record audio/video. Keep in mind the file will be HUGE uncompressed. So an hour long game will be 160 gigs at 1080p quality. So be sure you have a dedicated hard drive for just storing the files until encoded.
I use Windows Movie Maker to compile it all, add in music, sound etc. Arguably its kind of crap but its functional and the right price {free}. I use a program called AVC {AnyVideoEncoder} to encode the file from a wmv. to an avi file, then upload to youtube. Vola. Hope this helps man.
