Language bar disappears after exit the game.

Hello,

I bought the game through steam, i installed it and etc, after i start the game, and exit it, my language bar at the taskbar has disappear :/

i can write my native language (hebrew) and english but when i activate my Capslock.

To fix it i need to restart my PC :/

there is any solution that i wont need to restart my PC every time?

i'm using Windows 8
