German Sniper weapon stats are currently borked on

Could someone remedy this? Would help with informed discussion.
And yes, inability to target specific models with Snipers is a regression.
Doesnt matter on other units, but Sniper play had/has a certain finesse that I think Relic should support.
Related to this though, Dullahan pointed out a problem that Maxim crews have to cycle back to pickup the Maxim on retreatnif the carrier dies, which could easily result in a German Sniper exploiting this to chqin-shoot the entire crew. I dont know whether MG perrorms the same.This is a secondary issue though.
The whole removal of target specific actions first in DoW2 (where it was warranted due to abuse), and now here in CoH2, is a sign of laziness and sacrificing gameplay for easier coding solutions.
