the stuka fragmetation victory strike is bad, its jut like the doctrinalone ... it should me more of them droping

I have a 105mm barrage that is basically the same as the default one but with a different icon and quote as far as I can tell. I'm assuming it's in the store as well but why make such a duplicate?

The Russian allied supply drop can be used in allied bases, but it can - as many do not know - be used in enemy bases. I take great pleasure in using that supply drop as a substitute for a victory strike.
