I find it hilarious (and typical) That the flare ability is out right better than the 'High altitude sweep' thing ma-jig ability in which belongs to the US >>>RECON<<< commander. Yes the plane cannot be shot down , but neither can flares, and whilst the plane flies across the field then disappears , the flares stay for some time, and are static meaning the information gained is more reliable than a 'quick sweep'. The sweep ability is just a glorified variant of the recon run which the Major possesses
