timestamps on Shoutbox

what the title says there is timestamps option for just about any messaging system. tired of realizing that its been 8 hours since message was said.
what would it do? well,in a nutshell just shows the time the message shouted. also probably be best if it were connected to your timezone you input in your profile. on the off chance that you don't know what timestamps are may I direct you to the spoiler. :D

nm i feel stupid now because for the first time i see the timestamps i just never saw them before. :D i looked right before i made the thread 2 i didn't see them. dammit dyslexia.
