anyone else getting random freezes for 1-3 seconds and a lot more bugsplats?

Yes, it happens often to people. Basically you lose connection to the server and the server attempts to reconnect with you. As soon as you reconnect the game fast forward to the current time. That can be as long as 10 seconds sometimes.
