I was doing a little looking around and found all the rewards you can get in the War Spoils drop system.
It looks like their are two new Wehrmacht commanders but both factions are marked as unobtainable and can only be assumed that you cant get them yet.
I haven't ever seen the two new Soviet commanders anyway which further adds on to my conclusion.

Even if they were available, surely that would only be good news if duplicate original/DLC commander drops were not possible?
Otherwise what are the odds of actually getting a new commander, rather than a duplication of one of the originals/DLC.

Clearly you never saw the Economy doctrine which let you transfer resources to other players but also conveniently had opels, tigers and fragmentation bombs

Actually, I know one person who says that he won the tank hunters.
Unfortunately, I have never seen them being used before or heard of replays or casts of them.

Better ask that friend for some proof. Could be he just has it confused with another commander.

I've definitely seen Stefan Haines use the new Soviet commanders in-game, though obviously he is a dev so I suppose he may have them unlocked separately. I think there was a replay with No Retreat somewhere, but it was for a previous patch.

If you take a look to http://www.coh2-stats.com , there are even stats for Stormtroopers and even Panzer III, so I really looking forward to it !
