What in the hell went through your heads to possibly give you the idea that giving duplicates in drops would be a good idea. What logic could you possibly possess to rationalize the sheer stupidity in your incompetent annoying new system? If it's a bug, FIX IT!!!!!!!!! Your outrageous war spoil system has been out since WFA so what the hell have you been doing? God damn it just fix it.
