The user config file needs to be auto deleted every patch.

The user config files for older patches constantly causes issues for a lot of users. i always spend the first week of every patch crashing and remembering this folder/slash reinstalling. Then when it is sorted, get repeatedly stuck in loading because others are having the same crash.
