American tank smokes do not work properly

Remember in that cool developer video where they show a Sherman shooting smokes to cover an AT gun while its moving, effectively doing two commands at once? Well it has yet to work for me. My Shermans when I have tried using it always stop, execute the command, and do not move as if the move command gets deleted.

Have you tried shift clicking smoke then the move command?

The video says you shouldn't have too, but the that is what I do now

i remember in alpha forum, noise of carpet was having problem with the ability too.
except he couldnt use it by shift clicking... he could do it by just using the ability and moving without shift.
maybe relic "fixed" it?
