Are they permanent? How do you find out if it is or not?

I believe they are all permanent unless it has a timer on the bottom. I don't even think there are any temporary ones anymore.

I see.. I was asking because I got a Soviet Commander: Terror Tactics and that's a paid DLC.. Does that mean that If i keep playing germans or sov, I'll eventually get the other paid commanders? That kinda defeats the purpose of selling them right? That's why I asked if they were permanent or not.

Not really sure how it goes but I would prefer if you could get by playing any random commander but then if you would like to have it right away you could buy it.
However I don't think the new USA & OkW commanders can be bought at the moment.
