I am a beginner who wants to gather some experiences by playing skirmishes with AI as trial runs for learning. Yet I got stumbled even over that entry hurdle.
I moved to the menu of "Automatch vs.AI"; clicked the bar also called "Automatch vs. AI"(the third one from the top); selected through some setting options (like number of players and difficulty, etc.); and then clicked "Start Searching". The game started to load but that was all. The status display has two lines: Searching as Soviet X % and Searching as German X %. The percentage figures of both just kept vacillating (one minute 50% and 50%, the other minute 25% adn 75%, and so on) and there was no further progress into actual launching of the game. I left the computer and went else where. When I returned after more than an hour, it was still searching. I was baffled. I just bought the game yesterday and I didn't tinker with any of its setting.
Could anyone enlighten me as to what went wrong??

Use "Create a Custom Game" instead.
