Just Buy it. It is reasonable priced and a lot of fun.

If you count your pennies and play outside in summer, wait for price to drop.
Preorder only gets you skins, so nothing of substantial benefit.

I find it funny that people quibble over a few dollars or, in this case, $20 when they spend dozens, hundreds, and in hard core cases- over a thousand hours playing the game.

The PTRS's are fine as they are. Whenever i'm up against Guard Infantry, I always have to be careful with my vehicles or the Guards will completely destroy them. Good range, good damage and fairly cheap; if anything, the PTRS should nerfed since it's ridiculously good for the price. Even in the hands of Conscripts, the PTRS's are extremely potent.

If you like coh2 then you should. I did not play the alpha but I did preorder it. I love coh2 with all it flaws! I think it is the best RTS (also vCOH) ever. And believe me I am an old guy :-)

Your quoting the Steam price. Only a mug would pay that.
Steam is a massive ripoff. It is literally only good for sales. Key sites have been cleaning up the savvy users for a while now, and VPN's for the high risk/high reward folks.
WA's an absolute steal at the moment. Got my preorder for £10 on Green Man. That's how much the theater of war content packs cost on Steam right now (the ones with a scenario and extra commanders). It's absurd.
