Permanently Bannedis there a working SGA packer for coh2? The one on gamereplays doesnot seems to work. (editing every hotkeys,because autohotkey isnot that good)

You cannot use modified SGAs anymore.
(Furthermore the hotkeys were stored in the data.sga as far as I remember and you couldnt modify that one back when modding was possible either unlike you wanted to play singleplayer only)
