It generally doesn't like you copy and pasting codes in, I find that just deleting and manually entering the last digit works just fine.

Yep it's not much of a bonus. But they know that we know that we won't be able to hold off long enough to get a better discount, so we might as well take the candy now. In fact since they know that we know that they know that we know this, the price will remain high until just after everyone has caved in and bought it, so if we hold out now we lose the candy and gain nothing.

Because of VAT that is in whole europe.
No matter what you buy, as long as its in europe it will cost you over 20% more.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Again a company wants the consumers to pre-order a game they know little to nothing about.
Where are is the in-game footage? Why can't Relic tell us more about the factions such as the new and innovative way the Axis use resources?
Give me more information and I will pre-order. As it stands all I have to go on is a live stage cut-scene.
