I remember one guy saying, "it's ok that you cannot charge anymore with pzgrens. They are not supposed to".
The question then is... why the hell do they have machineguns? To stay in cover and defend?!

Considering what PQ said about PGs?
Yes, that is exactly what they are supposed to do.
I'd take balance dev opinion on that over any players one any day.
If its the right choice is a whole different discussion, but as of now, yes, PGs are gren/weapon teams defenders.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Pgrens still have second-highest damage of all infantry at close range.
Pgrens still do very high damage at long range.
Pgrens are still capable of carrying shrecks.
Stop thinking they are German Shock Troops and you'll be right as rain.
