Should the T-34/85 be available without a doctrine?

Once again, since it is obvious that sweeping changes are coming to armor gameplay, I don't think it makes much sense to debate this right now.

The patch will likely completely change the dynamics of how the two t34 versions play. You can't take a stance on something you know nothing about (though a lot of people like to think they can).
This brings me to a question about this thread, which is what would be the purpose of making this change? just for the sake of people that want to build t34/85's out of a building? Is having them be a call in actually a problem with the game that needs to be fixed?

well, the fact is , is that soviets dont really have a solid medium tank except the t-34/85 which is locked in 3 doctrines.
The t-34/76 is a battering ram and its okay againts infantry, but againts tanks, its completely useless.
Then again, i heard things will change in the next patch.
So if they make the t-34/76 an actual tank then i will be happy too.
