I would like to see a hard cap of 1 on both the Elephant and the ISU-152mm. I'd also like to see a 5-10 second lock down on each of them where they can't fire until put in lock down mode and can't move until taken out of it.

Where's the option: hard cap heavy/super heavy tanks to 1.
It doesn't limit the fun. Thats how it was in VCOH and DOW2.
