I tried this, but the top bar and start bar annoying me, is it possible to make it a "full screen" windowed mode?

with a autohotkey script.. should be somewhere over on GR too. There will be a streaming guide on coh2.org shortly too

If you use OBS there is an option to make it capture only the game screen without its borders.

I just a little script for that, I just press ctrl-alt-z and it shows as fullscreen.
