Camouflage on ZiS-3 guns

So I have been wondering myself why there is camo for this gun, and I mean the tank camo, not the *hide the gun* doctrinal one. Is this a bug or something?

I am not sure why this is the case either. Does it only work for some skins or does it work for all skins?

Maybe someone remembered that Zis's exist and they spent the time making the skins in some of the skin packs.

I also only remember it from one skin pack, even though I have seen numerous other skins. It is a spring brown, yellow, green blotching that is applied to the Zis.

May be an artists made one before realizing they did not need it for other packs.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.
