What's that vehicle right in front of the Jagdtiger?


hard to tell, but it looks like it's one of those trucks you see as OKW headquarters with it's tracks missing.
Not sure what the military designated name for it is.

It is the Geschützwagen 'Tiger', a planned artillery version of the King Tiger with a 17cm or 21cm howitzer/mortar.

The Geschützwagen Tiger was a German self-propelled gun of World War II that never saw service.
The decision to build this heavy artillery based on the chassis of the Tiger II came in June 1942. The first prototype was tested at the end of the war. However, due to Germany being on the brink of surrender, the vehicle never saw service, and was captured by the Allies. While several armaments were considered, the most practical guns mounted were the 17 cm Kanone 18, or the 21 cm Mörser 18.

The Geschützwagen Tiger had a special feature:
The gun could be dismantled by the crew. When the vehicle had a breakdown the crew could dismantle the gun and could fight with the artillery gun on the normal artillery carriage. On the other side they could just replace a damaged gun with a new artillery gun. All in all it was a new kind of german weapon basing on the political and military doctrine of the last days of ww2 to rationalise the german weapon arsenal (removing and reducing the number of weapons and material to save/rationalise e.g. spare part and weapon production).

Although the 288 never even reached production status, let alone official operational service, the aircraft (22 of them) did see limited combat duty. In 1944, following the cancellation of the 288 programme, the surviving A and C series prototypes were hurriedly fitted with defensive armament and equipment and deployed as reconnaissance bombers on the Western Front. Very few missions were flown, owing to the scarcity of aviation fuel and spare parts, and the unresolved problems with the aircraft's powerplant and undercarriage.

The Messerschmitt Me 264 was a long-range strategic bomber developed during World War II for the German Luftwaffe. It was intended to serve as Germany's main strategic bomber. The design was later selected as Messerschmitt's competitor in the Reichsluftfahrtministerium's (the German Air Ministry) "Amerika Bomber" programme, which intended to develop a strategic bomber capable of attacking New York City from bases in France or the Azores. Three prototypes were built, but production was abandoned to allow Messerschmitt to concentrate on fighter production... in October 1943, Erhard Milch ordered the cancellation of further Me 264 development to concentrate on the development and production of the Me 262 jet fighter-bomber.
