Those are maps I know a lot of people veto the shit out of.
I suspect Relic might watch that data. A bit surprised about Rzhev summer though, I thought people liked the campy/Vire River valley nature of that map. Elefant vs ISU fights are occasionally fun on it.

I wouldn't mind Rzhew winter out of 2v2 as well and actually have proper 2v2 maps.

My suspicion has proved correct, those maps have been removed from automatch because of the high number of people vetoing them. A Relic dev responded on the community forums to a similar post:
