Engineers squad free slots for weapons by faction.

Good day sirs. I just wondered about the slots for weapons in cengineers and pioneers. Thie freeweekend i tried to switch from Soviets. Was going to try the assgrens and ostreppen builds. This build make a lot of fun to use. But back to the topic. Soviets got 1 slot, Germans is able up to 4 weapons. It's was bugged or this how it would be done?
