I love this ability for my defensive style of play especially on NKVD Rifle Disruption commander in conjunction with Recon Overflight for information and the totally undervalued Fear Propaganda Artillery for forcing retreats.
My favorite feature of the Radio Intercept is when your opponent builds mines, wire and upgrades his units you are told but it also pings on your mini map. Knowing precisely where a bunker is without getting pinned, or where they set a teller can be game-changing.
There are a few minor tweaks it could use.
*Many call-in units don't trigger prompts.
*If there is a lot happening and the prompts get cluttered you often won't even see the text for which unit got called in. this makes it very difficult since discerning that one sentence of voice-over among a battle is nigh impossible at times.
Please make it so ALL units, buildings and upgrades trigger Radio.
I would die and go to heaven if you could call up a text log a-la the ` menu to be able to read every message you have recieved from the Radio.

Also, maybe they should replace the conscript reserve crap with the map hacks ability that the partisans have.
