Ive ran into it two times today, player playes alittle bit then goes passive and in the end massive lag starts.
So how to handle it, if you kick you loose. Is it just a wait game until he (if hes even real life person) gives up?
1v1 lag abuse?

Maybe if i rephrase the question:
If someone gets kicked in 1v1 do both players get loss on that game?
Cause what im trying to figure out here is that is the lag intentionally generated forcing
you to kick the opponent.

The more you kick, the lower you trust rating will get. It effectively means you'll get the loss if someone lags and kicks you.
Abstaining pays better in the long run if you play many games.

It is possible to get kick and get the win and vice versa. It depends on your trust rating relative to your opponent's trust rating. People who have "suspicious" endings to their games will have lower trust ratings, so players who try to abuse the system *should* eventually find that they only get losses for trying to lag out their opponents.
So, if you are playing a lot of games honestly, you should have a high trust rating and will get the win if your opponent pulls that kind of BS and you choose to kick.
