I might be confused or mistaken, but I keep reading of germans buying vet in coh2?
How to do that? Thanks.

You need to pay for it. Which you shouldn't because it's bad, real bad. By bad, do I mean is it bad to use since it sucks or its bad because its bad. You shall never know because you shouldn't buy it, since you shouldn't support this bad business model.
