The ingame text descriptions of what each vet level does are way too vague for my liking.
This already annoyed me in vCoH. It used to be alright when the veterancy bonuses were as straight ahead as they were before the huge veterancy rework, but now that each unit gets their own unique bonuses, I suggest that you include the actual numbers into the ingame texts themselves, so you can better judge what your unit is capable of, while playing.
This doesn't sound so hard or time consuming to do, I hope you take this into consideration relic.

Indeed, some things like 'increased rifle grenade range' are not even hinted at in the description.
