Unable to connect to server

Game stuck at main menu where it say "Connect to relic server. Please wait..". Sometime it say "Unable to connect to server (ext:r=-1 ee=-4 ex=-1)" when click continue it back to connect to relic server please wait and can't click anything on screen. I try all the dns thing on internet no work, any idea how to fix???

Any chance you have been banned recently? Arguing with people, killing your teams bases, racial comments?

Same problem, I'm trying to play the game for the first time in my life and got this one. Tried firewall, forwarding ports, of course reinstalling, and I'm still stuck in the "Connecting to Relic server please wait". Any idea?
