Is there any way to report a player who intentionally searches for matches and goes afk? Today it happened twice in a row with me. A player named: melon567 entered 2 matches in a row and was afk. It is clear that he did this intentionally to harm the ranking of other players.

If it's CoH2, just don't even bother. Relic doesn't police this game anymore.
You could play against a super obvious maphacker & drophacker with waterproof evidence in CoH2 now and nothing would ever happen
