Currently 600+ viewers, but not mentioned on the homepage.
coh2.org used to be a good go-to page for streams.
Do streamers have to register there? If yes, that is likely not going to work. Or how does it work?

Yes, players have to register and link their Twitch account here to get featured on the home page.
Unfortunately, that feature does not currently function
