Outdated files inside the COH 2 mod builder tool.

I would like to know if it is possible to update the Attributes files within the tool, as currently I cannot edit some EBPS and SBPS files? The upgrades they depend on do not appear in the tool nor are they in the SBPS files, although when I run the game or requirements are required.

The mod tools have been outdated for around 2 years by now. There isn't a way to directly change things that have a "new" entry since AE doesn't see them. Instead use this guide by SneakEye to indirectly remove or change things.
