Recently, I re-downloaded 'Company of Heroes 2 Tools' and tried launching it. I might add that it worked fine in the past. But now upon launching it, I get a new taskbar icon for the mod builder and hovering it shows a sort of blank window, but clicking the taskbar icon does nothing to bring the window up.
I've had strange behavior in applications with Windows 11's ransomware protection so I've already gone ahead and allowed the ModBuilder.exe access to folders. I've also tried running in Admin mode and Compatibility Mode for Win7.
For reference I'm on Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.1194 with openjdk 17.0.2 2022-01-18 as my default JDK, but I have a bunch of versions sitting around, I was going to select a jdk 8 version in the paths in Modbuilder, but alas it's not even loading up to that point.
Anyone having this sort of issue?

Unfortunately I'm not qualified to help you here but I'd recommend contacting Relic either through email, the official forums, or the official CoH3 Discord server!
