Im told i over use the tactical screen, but i cant get around the map as fast when i don't utilize it. I lost 70 perent of my 1v1 games, before i started "over using" it. I have a 70 maybe 80 percent win rate on 1v1 now.,

If it helps you get a grasp of how the battle is going across the map, I don't see why that's a bad thing. It's like if you were to go up to a chess player and accuse them of being overreliant on using a chess board instead of playing blindfolded and memorizing the exact positions of all the pieces at all times.
As long as being in the tac map doesn't cause you to miss important things happening on the actual battlefield, I don't see why it's a problem.
